You don’t always need to pack your computer up and take it to a shop to get help. Solving problems with software, networking, internet access, or helping you to get the most out of your computer is often best done right where you already are. Call & fixing problems with your computer or assisting in helping you to use your computing infrastructure & software to your best advantage can be provided on site.
Remote
Customers can also be supported remotely, allowing resolution of many problems to be accomplished more quickly or outside of regular business hours. Sometimes this is the best approach for correcting operating system or application software problems where the computer is operating reasonably ok in most other respects and internet access is available and working.
Telephone
Advice or step-through instructions is available over the telephone, charged in 15 minute increments.
